how odd. It's owned by actual Canadians, and some stuff seems Canadian like Tim Horton's coffee, butter tarts and back bacon. Then there are odd things like a BC Burger with American (!) cheese. It's like Canadian Cuisine via a Coffee Time shop.
I wonder how hard it is to get a "Canadian cuisine". Occurs to me Canadian cuisine is rooted getting ingredients locally.
